To connect to Brother Online, your device must be connected to a network with internet access.
Connection Status
The Brother Online connection status is shown.
Name resolution failed: There was a problem trying to connect to the internet. Please check the device is connected to the network correctly and has the correct DNS settings.
Unable to reach the internet: Please check the network connection, the device date and time and if your network has a proxy server, please check the proxy settings.
Registration Status
The Brother Online registration status is shown.
Registered: The device registration has been completed.
Unregisterd: The device registration has not been completed yet.
Date&Time
The present date and time setting is displayed. The date and time must be set correctly.
Not set: The date and time has not been configured yet. To connect to Brother Online the date and time must be correctly configured.
PIN Code
Please enter the PIN code that is necessary for registration of the device. If the PIN has already been set, "Set" is displayed.
Proxy Settings (Optional)
Please configure the proxy settings if your network is using a proxy server.
